Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our work, and we strive to make each piece as perfect as we can. We guarantee all of our pieces against damage or breakage due to flaws in materials or workmanship, and will repair or replace any defective piece.. This doesn't, of course, cover damage resulting from unusual abuse. While our pieces should be treated with a certain amount of care, all our pieces are made to last for generations.
